When is Bid Day?
Bid Day is Tuesday, September 2nd.

When can I pick up my basket?
Pick-up begins at 10AM on Wednesday, September 3rd at The Collective (103 N. Trenton Street in Downtown Ruston). All baskets are in-store pick-up only for 2025.

Do you deliver to the sorority houses?
No. To keep things smooth and simple, we will not be delivering this year. All baskets must be picked up in-store.

How do you know which sorority my recipient joined?
The buyer is responsible for providing sorority information. Please email us at thecollectiveruston@gmail.com with your recipient’s name and sorority immediately after bids are revealed.

What if my recipient chooses not to accept a bid?
Your basket can be swapped for one of our non-Greek bundles (Spa, Tech, Dorm, or Jewelry). This way, she still receives a special happy and you don’t lose your order. You may also cancel your order. Just give us a call, and we'll make it right!

Can I return or exchange items?

-Greek items may be exchanged for Greek items only.

-Exchanges must be made in-store by Friday, September 5th.

-Items must be in original, unused condition.

-Non-Greek items follow our standard return policy.

What’s included in each basket?
Each basket tier (New Girl on the Lane, Classic, and Mini) is filled with a mix of our most popular Greek, home, self-care, and Louisiana Tech gifts. We reserve the right to substitute items of equal value if needed.

What if I want to create a custom gift?
Stop by The Collective on Bid Day, Tuesday, September 2nd, to shop our full selection of Greek gifts and build a custom bundle for your favorite girl. We’ll open early (at 9AM) so you can come shop before you head to the Lane!
