Buyers must email us at thecollectiveruston@gmail.com with recipient’s name + sorority immediately after bids are revealed.

In-store pick-up begins Wednesday, September 3rd at 10AM.

If your recipient does not accept a bid, your basket may be swapped for a non-Greek bundle (Spa, Tech, Dorm, or Jewelry) or you may cancel your order.

Greek items may be exchanged for Greek items only. Exchanges must be made in-store by Friday, September 5th.
